Honda donates cars to support apprentices

Trowbridge

Two cars have been donated to Wiltshire College & University Centre to support the next generation of mechanics.

The silver Honda Civics were delivered to the Trowbridge campus on Monday 25th January and will be used by Level 3 apprentices for diagnostics, air conditioning and to support their formal and final end point assessments.

Rich Fear, Deputy Head of Department for Auto Motive, said: “These vehicles kindly donated by Honda, will allow our apprentices to be trained on modern vehicles with the latest electrical systems and software replicating the real life expectations of the motor industry.”

We offer automotive courses at our Chippenham, Salisbury and Trowbridge campuses for full-time students and apprentices. To find out more visit https://bit.ly/2M3my51.
