You'll learn on a brand-new fleet of modern vehicles with industry-standard equipment and workshops, getting under the bonnet and learning how these machines work. You'll put your learning into context in Lackham's 1000-acre working estate. The department's strong links with industry will help you gain work experience and build a solid foundation for your career in land based engineering and farm mechanisation.
I’m on the second year of my apprenticeship. One day, I’d like to be self-employed as a service and repair technician, and this course is giving me the practical skills I need to start my career.
