Course Overview
This apprenticeship has been designed for those currently in or seeking a Team Leader or supervisory role as a first Line Manager, with both operational and project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team.?Team leaders and supervisors provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. Typical job roles or occupations may include: Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, and Shift Manager.
What will I learn?
Key units of study within this apprenticeship include: supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems and building relationships internally and externally.
Study, Assessment and Qualifications
The duration of this apprenticeship will take 12 to 18 months to complete and is delivered solely in the workplace.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.?
- All applicants will be required to pass initial assessments in Maths and English.
You must have secured a position with an employer and be ready to start working with them before you can begin your apprenticeship course.
