The purpose of this course is to consider customer service skills to be successful in everyday life.
What will I learn?
What are customer services – An overview of customer services and their importance to business and everyday life.
Understanding customer needs- How to build relationships with customers to enhance customer retention
How to provide customer service to challenging customers –Looking at strategies to work with a variety of different customer types in various situations.
How to communicate effectively with customers– This will cover face to face, over the phone and written communication methods with customers.
Exceeding customer expectations– How to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds their needs.
Problem solving and customer complaints – This will provide solutions to customer service situations and how to effectively deal with them for a positive outcome.

Review and evaluation – How to monitor and evaluate the success of customer service skills.
Study, Assessment and Qualifications
Assessment is informal, based on your personal targets and the learning outcomes will be undertaken regularly with you by the course tutor.
