Course Overview
The course is designed to help those who need support and basic understanding of different IT skills used in everyday life.
What will I learn?
You will build your confidence and gain the knowledge different aspects of using software that can also be used on your mobile devices. The topics of understanding are:
Using outlook:
- Create an email
- Attaching files
- Sending emails
- Subject line
- Understanding the different recipients buttons:
CC (carbon copy)
BCC (blind copy)

Study, Assessment and Qualifications
Assessment is informal, based on your personal targets and the learning outcomes will be undertaken regularly with you by the course tutor. There is no formal qualification or assessment.

£30 (Free fundable course to those who meet the eligibility requirements)
Free fundable programme for aged 19+ who are in receipt of benefit or on a low wage income and must have lived in the UK for the last three years. You must currently reside in England. Should you need any additional information before applying please do contact us on busdev@wiltshire.ac.uk .
