As an employee of the College, here are some of the great staff benefits that you will have access to:

Generous holiday entitlement

Holiday entitlement for full-time employees:

  • Teaching Staff 37 days'
  • Management Staff 35 days'
  • Professional Services Staff 30 days'

In addition, you will also have bank holidays, college closure days and wellbeing days over the Christmas period, which gives a long break.

Generous Pension Scheme

LGPS (Local Government Pension Scheme)

If your role is not predominantly teaching focused, then you will be enrolled into the LGPS unless you opt out. You will be auto-enrolled into the Pension Scheme from the start of your employment.

AVC Wise (LGPS only)

AVC Wise allow you to pay additional voluntary contributions via salary sacrifice to top up your pension fund.

TPS (Teachers' Pension Scheme)

If your role is predominantly teaching focused, then you will be enrolled into the TPS unless you opt out. You will be auto-enrolled into the Pension Scheme from the start of your employment.
