Technology giant Google visited Wiltshire College & University Centre last week as the Trowbridge campus helped to host a series of free digital skills workshops.
The event was hosted by South West Wiltshire MP Andrew Murrison and saw a number of business owners and residents from the town in attendance.
Ahead of the event, Mr Murrison said: “I’m looking forward to meeting as many local businesses and residents as possible to find out more about how digital skills can benefit my constituency, and our businesses, entrepreneurs, and residents.”
The event at the College Road site on Friday 17th February included workshops and mentoring sessions around topics such as digital advertising, building your own personal brand online, website analytics and social media.
Google’s visit formed part of Mr Murrison’s Tech Trowbridge campaign, which is intended to boost technology in the town.
