Are you a compassionate person who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others? Our Health and Social Care courses will equip you with the knowledge and skills to start a fulfilling career in the sector.
You will understand how to support individuals and families across different stages of their lives, and get to learn in our dedicated health and care facilities – including modern hospital training wards at Salisbury and Trowbridge.
Our lecturers are subject specialists with years of experience in the sector, able to give you a real insight into the challenges and rewards of a career working in numerous roles in healthcare.
Throughout the course you’ll build a clearer picture of the diverse career opportunities available. You will take part in trips and visits, benefit from insightful guest speakers and harness close links with employers, as well as get involved in fundraising activities with care charities. A mandatory work placement will also give you real experience of a healthcare setting.
Previous students have successfully progressed on to further study at university in areas such as Adult Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Health & Social Care.

Our application hubs are open on each campus from Wednesday 26 August until Wednesday 2 September, between 9:30am and 1pm, and then again from 2pm until 4pm.
Make your way to your chosen campus in person to discuss your interested courses with our admissions team. Please note some of our courses are nearing capacity, our admissions advisors will be able to discuss the options available to you.
