Skills Bootcamps are flexible training programmes, lasting up to 12 weeks, designed to help adults gain the in-demand skills employers are looking for.
Developed in partnership with industry, each course is tailored to real workplace needs across sectors such as leadership & management, heating engineering, groundworks, and education.

Am I eligible for a Skills Bootcamp?
Skills Bootcamps are open to:
Adults aged 19 or over
People who are employed, self-employed, or unemployed
Anyone looking to upskill or reskill
No formal qualifications are needed, though some courses may ask for basic skills or industry experience. Applicants must be committed to completing the course and securing employment.
Cost: Skills Bootcamps are free for learners.
If a learner is employed, the employer contributes:
10% cost of the course for small/medium businesses (up to 250 staff)
30% cost of the course for larger businesses (250+ staff)
