Enrolment
Enrolment Day is the final part of the process for you to join the College.
It is where we check your results and certificates, confirm your course choice and make sure everything is ready for you to start your course.
When is enrolment?
You will be sent the day of your enrolment appointment, but it will be on one of the following days:
Chippenham, Salisbury and Trowbridge: 20, 21, 24 and 25 August.
Lackham: 20 and 24 August.
I don’t have the grades I was expecting, do I still need to attend?
Yes absolutely, please do not worry! It is important that you still attend your scheduled enrolment appointment even if you have not achieved the grades you wished for. Come to campus to discuss your options with the course lecturer, we will have a course for you.
What do I need to bring with me to enrol?
- List of grades/qualifications
- Form of ID (passport, driving licence, NI card/letter, residency, birth certificate etc.)
- £25 for the resource fee (payable by card)
- English and Maths GCSE mark (if you have it)
I can no longer make my enrolment appointment, what do I do?
If you are unable to attend your enrolment appointment, please email Admissions@wiltshire.ac.uk and state the days you are unavailable, and we will offer you an alternative date.
I really don’t want to do the course that I applied for, what should I do?
We would encourage you to still attend your scheduled enrolment appointment so that you can talk to the course lecturer about your concerns, while on campus your could also visit the Application Hub to discuss your options with the Admissions Team.
I no longer want to come to college because I am going to another college/sixth form or have an apprenticeship so don’t need my place, what should I do?
If you are no longer intending to come to College, please email Admissions@wiltshire.ac.uk stating that you wish to withdraw your application.
