English and Maths qualifications will help you progress in your vocational course, future employment, an apprenticeship, or onto Higher Education.
Whether you missed out on the opportunity to obtain English and Maths qualifications while you were at school, or you simply want to improve your grade, you can still gain these important qualifications that employers require.
We deliver sessions in GCSE English Language, GCSE Maths and Functional Skills English and Maths, which range from Entry Level to Level 2.

English courses are designed to develop your core skills and knowledge in reading, writing, speaking, listening and communication.
Maths courses develop your ability to perform numeric calculations, data handling, measurements, money management and awareness of shape and space.
Using the results of an initial assessment and in discussion with you, we will advise you about the course and qualification most suitable to you.
Please Note: All of the courses listed on these pages are for adult learners looking to study on a part-time basis. If you are enrolled on a post-16 full-time course and have not achieved a Grade 4 and above in English and Maths by the time you start your course, you must work towards these qualifications alongside your main subject.
