As an employee of the College, here are some of the great staff benefits that you will have access to:

Generous Holiday Entitlement
Holiday entitlement for full-time employees:
- Teaching staff – 37 days
- Management staff – 35 days
- Professional Services staff – 30 days
In addition, you will also have bank holidays, college closure days and wellbeing days over the Christmas period.

Generous Pension Scheme
LGPS (Local Government Pension Scheme)
If your role is not predominantly teaching focused, then you will be enrolled into the LGPS unless you opt out. You will be auto-enrolled into the pension scheme from the start of your employment.
AVC Wise (LGPS only)
AVC Wise allow you to pay additional voluntary contributions via salary sacrifice to top up your pension fund.
TPS (Teachers' Pension Scheme)
If your role is predominantly teaching focused, then you will be enrolled into the TPS unless you opt out. You will be auto-enrolled into the pension scheme from the start of your employment.

All employees receive access to the Edenred benefits platform, which is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Great discounts are offered on items such as cinema tickets, holidays and entertainment and days out, as well as other large retailers such as John Lewis, Sainsbury’s and Currys.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Salary Sacrifice Scheme
What is EV salary sacrifice?
