Whether you aspire to a career performing on stage or prefer to work behind the scenes in production, our Performing and Production Arts courses provide an exciting and dynamic space for you to build your confidence, explore your talents and develop as a performer or producer.
With practical workshops and time spent in our professional theatre venues and studios, you will develop the confidence and skills to become a professional performer.
The academic year begins with a performance project, and you will spend the rest of the year developing your skills in other styles of theatre.
At our Salisbury campus, students are trained in partnership with Wiltshire Creative, an organisation which comprises the combined vision, creative energy and ambition of the Salisbury Arts Centre, Salisbury International Arts Festival and Salisbury Playhouse. You will spend time at the Arts Centre and Playhouse, with further sessions in our well-equipped performing arts studio on campus.
Previous students have successfully progressed on to further study at university in areas such as Acting, Professional Music Performance and Theatre & Performance.
