Course Overview

If you enjoy exploring different ways of cooking and would like a career in the hospitality industry, this course could help you achieve your goal. You’ll gain a high standard of cookery skills and have the option to learn other workplace essentials such as health and safety in the kitchen. You will also complete at least 30 hours’ work experience as a central part of the course. This course is ideal for learners coming straight from school who want to break into the catering and hospitality industry, or for chefs already working in the industry who want to extend or refresh their knowledge.
