More information

A hospitality supervisor can operate in a range of functions across a business. This may be food and beverage service, front office, housekeeping, concierge or events and is likely to appeal to an apprentice who has a clear career path in mind after working in one or more of the occupations. The primary objective of a hospitality supervisor occupation apprentice is to gather the skills, knowledge and behaviours to prepare them for supervision/management within the industry.
You will need maths and English GCSE passes at grade C or above, if not you will need to pass maths and English Functional Skills level 2 during the Apprenticeship.
The duration of this apprenticeship is 12-18 months and it will be completed solely in the workplace alongside supported assessments that lead onto your final independent end point assessment.

Progression from this apprenticeship could lead you into a hospitality management position and more. It is also the progression route to complete a level 4 Hospitality management apprenticeship.
