A traineeship is a course designed for people between the ages of 16-18 who may not quite have the skills or experience.

Benefits to Employers
The government has recognised a high number of enthusiastic and motivated young people unable to access work because of qualification or opportunity barriers. Research has proven that trainees who progress onto employment remain loyal and hard-working, creating employees who mirror the values of the company and continue to be role models bringing young people in the community, into work.
Access a £1,000 government grant per trainee up to a maximum of 10.
An educational programme therefore no cost to the employer.
Cost effective recruitment, you may wish to offer permanent employment to your trainee, and you can see how they will fit into your organisation in advance.
Use the Traineeships bespoke model to develop a recruitment pipeline, helping save cost on advertisement.
We support progressions onto apprenticeship programmes. We can develop a programme specific to your business, supporting trainees with skills that are fitting to your business.
Trainees attend a 5‑week pre-employment programme to build trainees skills ready for the workplace. Once a placement is agreed we will continue to support through regular reviews, meetings and training.
