Course Overview
The Digital Support Technician apprenticeship will provide teaching towards the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the apprenticeship standard. Apprentices will then work towards an end-point assessment with an independent end-point assessor from City and Guilds. Apprentices will also have the chance to gain industry recognised technical certifications.
What will I learn?
During this apprenticeship you'll help to devise digital productivity solutions and roll them out in the organisation. You'll become a digital champion, training and supporting colleagues to make the best use of digital tools and diagnose problems. You'll assist with digital operations and digital change projects. You will also provide internal end-user application support allowing the colleagues you're supporting to use systems with confidence.
Study, Assessment and Qualifications
You’ll complete a portfolio of work-based assessments, projects and presentations in preparation for your End Point Assessment, alongside technical exams for knowledge.
