This qualification is for learners at all levels who want to develop their knowledge and skills in effective mentoring within an organisational context. What will I learn?
The three units that will be covered are:
Understanding Good Practice in Mentoring within an Organisational Context
Reflecting on Mentoring Skills within an Organisational Context
Undertaking an Extended Period of Mentoring within an Organisational Context
Study, Assessment and Qualifications
During the course, you will learn a range of key mentoring skills and put them into practice in your own role. The units assessments are via a series of questions/assignments designed to test your knowledge and understanding of the unit. Your Tutor will support you, mark assignments and feedback to you as you progress through each unit until completion.
This qualification is for those who are new and have experience with mentoring. There are no formal entry requirments.
Additional Costs and Information
There is a range of materials available to support ILM qualifications through our online portal, Walled Garden, and the ILM website. All ILM learners receive a minimum of 12 months membership of the Institute of Leadership & Management, bringing access to a wealth of resources to support their leadership development.
