This qualification is for learners at all levels who want to develop their knowledge and skills in effective coaching within an organisational context. What will I learn?
The three units that are covered during this course are:
Understanding Good Practice in Coaching within an Organisational Context
Reflecting on Coaching Skills within an Organisational Context
Undertaking an Extended Period of Coaching within an Organisational Context
Study, Assessment and Qualifications
During the course, you will learn a range of key coaching skills and put them into practice in your own role. The units assessments are via a series of questions/assignments designed to test your knowledge and understanding of the unit. Your Tutor will support you, mark these and feedback back to you as you progress through each unit until completion.
There are no formal entry requriements for this qualification.
Additional Costs and Information
There is a range of materials available to support ILM qualifications through our online portal, Walled Garden, and the ILM website. All ILM learners receive a minimum of 12 months membership of the Institute of Leadership & Management, bringing access to a wealth of resources to support their leadership development.
