Course Overview

This twelve-week course will look at basics of cooking and understanding the ingredients on food packets such as the red, amber & green labels, to help enable you to choose healthier food. The course will look at healthy eating habits and the cheapest way to buy healthier foods. This course will include some basic cooking.

What will I learn?

During this course you will learn the about healthy eating and developing healthy eating habits. You will also be doing some basic cooking.

This course will take place at the Salisbury campus on one day per week:
Thursday 19.09.24-19.12.24 18:00-21:00
Thursday 19.09.24-19.12.24 10:00-13:00
