The course is designed to help those who need support and basic understanding of different IT skills used in everyday life.

What will I learn?

You will build your confidence and gain the knowledge different aspects of using software that can also be used on your mobile devices.

The topics of understanding are using outlook to:
- Create an email
- Save an email
- Subject line
- Copy and blind copy recipients
- Send an email
- Reply and reply to all
- Attaching a document to an email
- Out of office message
- Creating subfolders

Study, Assessment and Qualifications

Assessment is informal, based on your personal targets and the learning outcomes will be undertaken regularly with you by the course tutor. There is no formal qualification or assessment.

The Course will run for one day at the Chippenham campus on
18.10.24 Friday 09:30-14:30

The Course will run for one day at the Salisbury campus on
21.10.24 Monday 10:30-15:30
