Graduation 2023

We are so excited for your graduation.

Your Graduation Day is a special occasion and an ideal way to celebrate your achievement. You will need to hire a robe for the event and book any guest tickets on the link below before midday on Friday 6 October. Guests tickets are limited to two per student, although we may be able to release more tickets after 6 October.

This year's graduation ceremony will be taking place at Salisbury Cathedral on Friday 20 October at 11:30am. The gown you graduate in is associated to the university that accredits your qualification. This will mean that you may be wearing a different colour robe to others – please don’t panic, this is correct! You wear the colour of the accrediting university.

Collecting your robes and formal photos
  • Graduands should arrive at the Salisbury Playhouse (Malthouse Lane, Salisbury SP2 7RA) between 9am and 10am
  • There will be strictly no late admissions, so please leave enough time to get to the Playhouse and complete your robe collection and photographs.
  • Guests should make their way to the Cathedral where they will pick up their wristband for entry. There are many lovely cafes and coffee shops in the city where they can wait.
Booking your ticket, robe, formal photos and guest tickets
  • All graduands must wear a robe. This is booked directly by the robe company using the link below.
  • Bookings for robes and tickets will close at midday on Friday 6 October.
  • Formal photographs will be taken at the Playhouse. These are optional and are at a charge. They will be sent directly to your address a few weeks after the ceremony.
  • Each graduand is allocated an additional two guest tickets (at a small cost) for the Cathedral ceremony. These are booked at the same time as your robe and formal photographs.
  • Should tickets become available after 6 October, we will open these up to those who have said they may like more tickets. These will be purchased on a first-come-first-served basis.
