With a recent £21million investment we have built new science facilities to our Lackham and Salisbury campuses, which makes now is an even more exciting time to study science at Wiltshire College & University Centre.

Our range of courses allow you to specialise in a variety of scientific disciplines, including Applied Science, Forensic Investigation, Biology and more.

Your detailed theoretical knowledge will be developed and underpinned by a practical understanding of your subject, preparing you to work in an industry that is constantly expanding and evolving. Crucially, you'll learn how to think and work like a professional in a scientific field, transferring your knowledge of scientific concepts to real-life scenarios. You will be supported and encouraged to undertake an extended work placement in the form of a collaborative project with an industry-leading employer. Our Level 3 courses are A-Level-equivalent qualifications, allowing you to meet the entry requirements for university, including onto our exciting new Foundation Degrees.

What our students say

I really enjoy the practical learning and the course material has so much more depth than I originally thought. It’s a really interesting subject and my lecturer has been amazingly helpful throughout.
