Meet your lecturer
Andrew Blundell,
Programme Lead, Computing,

Andrew joined the College in 2001, initially working within the IT Services team, first as an assistant network manager at the Salisbury campus and later at the Trowbridge campus. He joined the academic staff in 2015 to become a lecturer in Computing at the Chippenham campus and rates qualifying as a lecturer as the proudest achievement of his career.

Before joining the College, Andrew worked in the computing industry, mainly working in the fields of network infrastructure, network servers and VoIP telephone systems.

Andrew’s motivation to transition to teaching stemmed from his own experience at school where he was always inspired by the unconventional techniques of his A-Level IT teacher. He now strives to bring the same enthusiasm for innovative ways to learn into his own classroom. Read more...
