The Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification is a foundational qualification to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required to effectively deliver training and education in various settings. It equips learners with the essential skills and knowledge needed to start a career in teaching or training.

This is a programme with blended, flexible delivery. Learning will be predominantly undertaken face to face with online access to tutor support resources. The Micro Teach assessment is required to be delivered on a face-to-face basis.

Assessment is through building a portfolio of evidence which includes assignments for each of the 3 units, a micro teach session, session plan, evaluations and observation record. Please note that micro-teach sessions may be videoed as part of the end assessment process.

You will be expected to be able to engage in independent study, though you will have access to a personal tutor throughout your qualification.

The course fee includes online support for queries, marking of assignments with feedback from your tutor, registration and certification fee.
