Alexa 2045
My name is Liam I am currently on the UAL level 3 TV and production in creative media course, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do when I joined college in September and after speaking to one of the teachers I was drawn to this course, I had never done anything like this before but i just thought it would be a fun experience. Now that I have completed my first year and now that I am going into my second year, I hope to be able to continue this at university and do a undergraduate Bachelor's Arts award (BA) in post production so that I can hopefully one day get a job working for the BBC or ITV
At the end of the year we had to do a final project, I wanted to do a hologram using the green screen in the TV studio. MY final project is about an Alexa in the year 2045 but she advanced into a holographic version of myself. My character uses the Alexa to help him upload himself to this virtual reality where he gets create his own avatar ( I used wigs and accessories for this bit) but what he didn't realize was once you upload yourself to the virtual reality you can never escape! I used the green screen for the background and hologram during this project.
