Developing an Art and Design practice is what helps to define the artist and designer. In the art world and the creative industries, artists and designers will often pursue individual concepts and themes, which come about through a series of proposals to organisations and pitches to clients. Sometimes this will be for a one-off project (together with its own restrictions - such as time, materials etc.) whilst for others their projects could last up to decades, in a state of continuous development and flux...
For this project I wanted to focus on a new way of thinking, and how, we as a generation have changed the seven deadly sins. Evolving the original meaning to be more positive to give us the confidence to be who we want to be in society. I want my work to appeal to a younger age group (16-21).
