Wiltshire College & University Centre’s football team have been crowned champions of the Association of Colleges South West Football League North.

The team sealed their title success on Wednesday 26th April with a 5-2 victory over Bristol City’s Robins Foundation at Frome Town Football Club.

With one game still to play this season, WCUC have 25 points from 11 fixtures and cannot be caught by nearest challengers Yeovil Town, who have already completed their campaign.

The WCUC team consists of students from a number of courses, including Sport, Public Services, ESOL and Business. Their record from 11 games so far is eight wins, one draw and only two defeats.
