Reception
Reception is always a useful place to start if you
do not know where to go or who to ask.
The staff there will point you in
the right direction and can provide you with general information about the College.
Opening Hours
Our Receptions are open from 8.30am until 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.30 to 4.30pm on Fridays. Receptions are also open in the evenings until 9.00pm (term-time only) as follows:
Salisbury: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings
Trowbridge: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings
Chippenham: Tuesday and Thursday evenings
Lackham: Open for the first hour of new evening classes
Customer Services
Our Customer Services Centres are located next to the main Receptions. Each main campus has staff who will be able
to help you with a range of queries including course information, fees, grants
and discounts, transport to college, childcare and accommodation. They should
also be used to make appointments to see a Careers Advisor.

The Customer Services Centres are open on weekdays from 10.00 am to 5.00pm (4.30pm on Fridays) throughout the year.
