Aspire salons get mini makeover

A launch party was held at Wiltshire College’s Aspire salons to celebrate big changes to the professional and commercial side of the business.
Staff in the Hair and Beauty department were thrilled to share new products and discounts with staff, students and clients at the Trowbridge, Chippenham and Salisbury campuses, after starting a new partnership with prestigious brands Wella and Decleor.
Guests were treated to facials, hair treatments, file and nail painting, back massages at introductory prices and demonstrations from students.
Salon Supervisor Charlotte Morgan said: “The launch was a great success and we are very proud to be working with these brands which will give our students the best start in their chosen careers in relation to training and product knowledge.
“All of the students showed incredible professionalism throughout the event and delivered some fantastic treatments to guests.”
The support we received in all those who came was amazing and I would like to thank everyone who invested their time to coming along. ”
As part of the launch, the salons at Chippenham, Trowbridge and Salisbury also held a silent auction and raffle with prizes such as spa days at Aqua Sana and Whatley Manor, perfumes, hairdryers and gift sets.
This raised £450, the proceeds for which have been donated to Cancer Research UK.
