Training for a new career

We recognise that the transition back into civilian life can be difficult for service personnel, but at Wiltshire College and University Centre, we aim to assist you in making that change a positive one. We appreciate the knowledge, skills and experience that you bring from your military Service and will support you as you to move on to your next career.

Funding

We offer a range of professional courses and training packages designed to fully utilise your Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC). This can be combined with your Individual Resettlement Training Cost (IRTC) and enable you to get even more training for your money. You can find out more about possible funding routes here.

Training Courses

Our industry specific accredited training courses include courses in; computing, leadership and management, accountancy, electrical installation, construction, human resource management, engineering, licensing and land-based training.

In fact, any Wiltshire College and University Centre course which is Level 3 or above is eligible for ELC funding. To view all of our courses currently approved by ELC  visit the ELC website here and then search by our ELC provider number: 1217 or by Learning Provider: Wiltshire College.
