Wiltshire College welcomes international students

Wiltshire College is in a beautiful part of southern England with good access to London, Bath, Bristol, Southampton and Bournemouth. We have five campuses in Wiltshire, at Chippenham, Lackham, Castle Combe, Trowbridge and Salisbury. Salisbury is the campus where most of our international students study. Wiltshire College has a substantial number of international students studying with us each year. We aim to offer our students an excellent education experience working closely with our university partners to ensure the quality of our provision is of a very high standard.

We have been looking after international students for many years. Our Information & Advice staff will help you with any enquiry you may wish to make and guide you through the application procedure. Our International Officer is responsible for the welfare of our international students and provides comprehensive advice and support on both practical and personal issues.

In the UK Further Education Colleges, like ourselves, are responsible for vocational education. This means that our courses are designed to prepare you for a career. We work with over 2000 employers and they are involved in your education in many ways, through offering placements, commissioning projects, giving guest lectures and hosting visits. The education you get will therefore give you a really good understanding of your chosen subject area, but how it relates to the real world of employment.

Wiltshire College prides itself on its excellent results. We have a very high success rate (96%) for international students, and the final grade or degree classification profile for international students is also extremely high.

We offer international students an accommodation service which includes family homestay, rooms in our purpose-built halls of residence at our Salisbury and Lackham campuses, or assistance with finding rented housing.
