To help us improve our services, our course offer and the training and education we provide we welcome your comments, complaints and compliments.

Occasionally things go wrong and we need to hear from you to put them right. We promise that your complaint or comments will be investigated fully. You will receive an initial response within 5 working days and will be kept informed of the action we are taking.

We are also keen to hear what has gone well - how you enjoyed your course; the contribution from your tutor; the difference your course has made and any success you may have had following your time with us.
