About this course
|
E2E programmes are negotiated individually with each learner but usually comprise a mixture of work placement, qualifications, motivational activities and employability skills. Learners each have a dedicated Training Co-ordinator and Job Coach support as required, for work placement and for confidence building in particular. Resolve is for young people who are unlikely to sustain a 16 hours per week initial commitment, or who may require more time to engage with education, training or employment. Learners do not receive EMA but can claim payments based on achieving agreed targets.
