The College is committed to resolving complaints informally, and at the lowest appropriate level. Where this is not possible then a formal complaint should be made via the College's Complaints Procedure. Forms can be found and handed in at any of the College's reception desks. All complaints are taken seriously.
If your complaints is directly related to a form of bullying, harassment or discrimination in regards to a protected characteristic or Equality and Diversity issue, you can also contact the Equality and Diversity officer directly;
