Enrolment form

You can still enrol by filling in our enrolment form and either visiting our campus enrolment offices or sending it to us by post. You are required to fill out this form when enrolling on a part-time course.


Employer's Undertaking Form

If your employer is to pay, please ensure that your employer completes an Employer's Undertaking Form and send it in with your completed enrolment form.


Benefit Form

To claim the fee remissions for applicable courses you need to complete, and have stamped, this Benefit Form and then send it or bring it in with your completed enrolment form.
