The Corporation meets roughly once a month between September and July. It recently took the decision not to retain most of its committees, but to meet more regularly than it had done previously and to consider strategic issues as a whole. It has retained two committees – Audit, which is a requirement and Remuneration, which considers matters to do with the employment of senior postholders, who are directly responsible to the Corporation. The minutes of this latter committee are confidential as they relate to individuals.
