Now that you have identified those aspects of career planning that you need to spend more time thinking about, in order to move forward, you need to draw up a plan of action. However, don't forget that any career plan is only a snapshot in time.
Just like writing an assignment, you might start off with a plan but then as your research gets underway and you start to see how things will look, you might decide to add something extra here and take a bit out there. Career plans are just the same. Managing your own career means taking control of your own life. It can be hard work but is very rewarding!
