DisabledGoDisabledGo is a disability organisation that has been in operation since 2000, producing online detailed access guides to a huge range of venues.

We were founded by Chief Executive, Dr. Gregory Burke who, as a wheelchair user since the age of 16, wanted to find a way of breaking down barriers which disabled people face when trying to access leisure, education, employment and services in their community.

DisabledGo cover any venue you would access as a member of the public – cinemas, hotels, hospitals, colleges, sports grounds, restaurants, council offices, parks, historic land marks, tourist attractions – the list goes on and on.

DisabledGo is unique in sending a surveyor to visit every single venue featured on their site. Their surveyors use the same standards to assess each venue meaning users can rely on the information.

The aim is to give you information so that you can make up your own mind whether a venue is right for you.

Wiltshire College is pleased to be associated with DisabledGo. Wiltshire College's facilities were surveyed in 2011, and you can see how our facilities were assessed below.
