The IT Department provides first line IT support to staff at all college sites, via the IT Help Desk based at Trowbridge. First line support for students is provided by teaching staff and Learning Resources Staff.
about IT Help

IT Help is a searchable database of help instructions and guidance notes for IT related problems. If you have a problem with, or you need further instruction in, a piece of software, you can usually find the answer here.

about Network Accounts

During your induction, you will be asked to visit this page to enable your network access. You should only need to do this once.

about Software Downloads

Under current software licence agreements, the College may extend the use of some software to staff and students for use at home while they are employed or enrolled at the College. This software has been made available through eStudy.

Users login to view a list of software that they can download and then enrol on the appropriate eStudy course to access the software and accompanying documentation.

about Anti-virus

Normally your College files are constantly protected by our anti-virus program, Sophos. If however, you fear your files have become infected, or you need general information on viruses, this section will help you.
