the IT Helpdesk
The IT Department provides first line IT support to staff at all college
sites, via the IT Help Desk based at Trowbridge. First line support for
students is provided by teaching staff and Learning Resources Staff.

Software Downloads
Under current software licence agreements, the College may extend the use
of some software to staff and students for use at home while they are employed
or enrolled at the College. This software has been made available through
eStudy.
Users login to view a list of software that they can download and then enrol
on the appropriate eStudy course to access the software and accompanying
documentation.
